You Need to Buy Voucher of Merchant's Eye from Power Up Store Specials (TL Only) Section (Tradeable, Marketable)

It Must Be Opened on Hemes NPC to Use the Item After Purchase

Their explanations are as follows;

Item Name : You need to write the name of the Item You Want to Search in this Section.

Sell : Searches the Item You Are Looking For In All Sell Merchants.

Close : Closes the Open Window

Buy : Searches the Item you are looking for in the All Buy Merchant.
