After a flurry of patches, World of Warcraft: The War Within's Delves are finally more stable than they were just a week ago. Enemies no longer mysteriously become easier to defeat in groups compared to solo play, and those run-ending attacks have been dialed back. Currently, Delves offer the challenging solo alternative to normal dungeons that Blizzard promised, but some lingering issues remain. For example, a Lightning Spear sorceress excels in the Infernal Hordes mode but struggles against bosses in other modes like the Pit. Fortunately, Diablo 4 makes it relatively easy to level up secondary characters in a few hours. In contrast, WoW leveling is a much more time-consuming process.
